The company says its U.S. venture will provide high-value, high-end products to help consumer and environmental needs.
Rotoplas’ products are currently produced in 21 plants across two continents with the newest plant in Merced.

Deere & Company has entered into a joint venture with Hagie Manufacturing, the U.S. market leader in high-clearance sprayers. In the agreement, Deere acquires majority ownership of Hagie Manufacturing, which will continue producing sprayers at its Clarion, Iowa location.
Equipment made through the joint venture will continue to carry the Hagie brand. Sales and service for Hagie equipment will be integrated into Deere’s global distribution channel over the next 15 months....More
