Wine Flavor 101C: Issues in Quality Control for the Winery Lab will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Freeborn Hall on the UC Davis campus. Your registration fee of $150.00 will include: an electronic copy of all the PowerPoint presentations sent to you in advance of the course; continental breakfast, catered lunch and afternoon snacks. As always, in accordance with UC Davis policy, our Wine Flavor 101 courses meet GREEN standards, so we appreciate your consideration of this.
