Researchers from Arizona State University and University of Arizona Cooperative Extension are conducting a new study of Central Arizona farmers’ perspectives on water, risk, and changes in agriculture.

The goal is to improve water and land planning through better understanding of farmers’ perspectives.

Central Arizona farmers 18 years or older who farm in Maricopa, Gila, and Pinal counties are encouraged to answer the survey questionnaire.

The questionnaire takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Farmers will receive $30 for completing the survey.

To participate, send an e-mail to mike.mclaen@asu.edu with the words “Farmer Survey” in the subject line. In the e-mail text area, write “I would like to participate in the Farmer Survey.” Include a link to your e-mail address.
