More than $1.33 billion is available to implement this claims resolution process to resolve the claims of Hispanic and women farmers and ranchers who may have experienced discrimination as a result of seeking loans or credit from USDA during certain periods from 1981 to 2000.
Please help get the word out to your members and others who may benefit from this information. Claims must be filed between Sept. 24, 2012 and March 25, 2013 to be considered.
