HIGH COTTON AWARD winners for 2013 were honored at the Beltwide Cotton Conferences at San Antonio. Western Farm Press founding editor Harry Cline and producer Chad Crivelli, Dos Palos, Calif., were recognized for service to the Western cotton industry.
