Olive Oil Master Milling Course, Oct. 3-5, Davis
The UC Davis Olive Center’s annual Master Milling Short Course provides information to boost quality and profit in olive oil milling operations.
The course will be held Oct. 3 - 5, 2013 at the Silverado Vineyards Sensory Theater, University of California, Davis, Calif.
The course will be taught by Leandro Ravetti, technical director with Australia’s Boundary Bend Limited. Ravettis is one of the world’s top experts in olive oil production.
Olive oil will be milled on site by Olive2Bottle Mobile Services so attendees will experience the high oil quality and extraction efficiency achieved through the skills taught at the course.
The early registration fee is $750 if registered by Sept. 8. After that, the registration charge is $895.
