The Olive Grower's seminar will include a review of the California olive oil industry and will address such topics as trends and opportunities. We will cover major challenges for growers including olive fruit fly, planting systems, irrigation and water issues and, of course, marketing. The seminar will finish with a facilitated discussion.
The seminar will feature renowned industry expert and UCCE Farm Advisor Paul Vossen.
