Media calendar: National viticulture research conference

July 9-11, Wednesday-Friday -- Some 200 scientists who are interested in grape cultivation, or viticulture, will gather for this intensive three-day national research forum. The conference is open to public and private researchers, postdoctoral researchers, scientific staff and students. Researchers will present recent findings in the areas of grapevine breeding, diseases, evaluation of plant materials, genetics, pests and viticultural practices. The meeting will be held in the Studio Theatre of the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, on the campus of UC Davis.
