The California Department of Food and Agriculture will be conducting workshops and webinars on the 2013 Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP) competitive solicitation process. All prospective applicants are encouraged to participate. The purpose of the program is to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops. Specialty crops are defined as fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops.
