Rogers reappointed to American Farm Bureau executive committee

Kevin Rogers, president, Arizona Farm Bureau Federation (AZFB), has been reelected to the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) Board of Directors and reappointed to the AFBF’s executive committee. The six-member committee represents the largest voluntary agriculture organization in the United States.

Rogers, a cotton, hay, wheat, corn and barley farmer from Mesa, Ariz., begins a new two-year term representing Arizona and the Western region on the AFBF board.

“For Arizona agriculture, I hope to continue to make priorities of agriculture’s labor needs, animal welfare, and transportation issues critical to agriculture,” Rogers said. “Additionally, air quality issues will be important.”

Rogers was elected AZFB president in 2003.
