L.A. Wholesale Market Tour April 30

Departing from and returning to: San Diego County Farm Bureau, 1670 East Valley Parkway, Escondido, Calif., 92027

The Tour:

The Marketing Tour will provide you with an opportunity to visit and meet distributors in the Los Angeles area who buy directly from small-scale farmers and sell to consumers that care about small family farms like yours. 

The chartered bus will depart promptly at 4 a.m.

Agenda

4 a.m.: Bus departs for Los Angeles 

6-8: Harvest Sensations with Gwen Gulliksen and a targeted tour of the market

8:10 - 8:50: Breakfast at Farm Boys

9-10: David Weinstein at Heath and Le Jeune

10:45-11:45: Bristol Farms warehouse 

11:45 - 1:45 p.m.: Lunch

1:45 - 3: Family Tree 

4:30: Bus arrives at Farm Bureau, Escondido
