Kevin Keefer, former regulatory affairs manager for the Trenton Group, is the new director of environmental and regulatory affairs for the California Plant Health Association's (CPHA).

Prior to joining Tremont, Kevin was the district manager for the Dixon Resource Conservation District, where he was responsible for water quality and soil conservation programs. He began his career as manager for ranch operations for Superior Farms in Dixon.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Business Management from Cal Poly, SLO.
