Hay may be most valued invention

Most people might guess that the most important invention in the past 2000 years was electricity or the car. However, a Farm Bureau spokesman reports that it was hay!

Centuries ago people depended on animals to survive. Reaping and storing hay for their winter feeding enabled civilizations to develop in colder northern climates where year-round grazing wasn't possible.
