The 2013 California grape crush totaled a record 4,685,075 tons, up 7 percent from the previous all time high of 4,387,434 set a year earlier, according to a preliminary estimate released Feb. 10 by the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) Sacramento Field Office.
