I have only one eye - and was told in 1985 that I couldn't get a loan because I would be a dangerous tractor driver. Can I get $50,000 for being turned down?

And I have a friend who was a lady farmer back in 1986. She was turned down because she was also declared inept at tractor driving. She has since changed genders - and is now a man. Can I encourage him to show up at one of these meetings? He - I mean she - sure deserves $50,000.
