The University of California and the California Citrus Quality Council will conduct the 2014 Fuller Rose Beetle Management Seminar on May 27 at the Tulare County Cooperative Extension Ag Building.

Seminar hours are 9-11 a.m. The Extension Ag building is located at 4437 S. Laspina Ave., Tulare, Calif.

9:00 - Description of current export issues with Fuller rose beetle - Jim Cranney, California Citrus Quality Council

9:30 - In-field treatments for Fuller rose beetle - Joseph Morse, University of California, Riverside

10:00 - Post harvest treatments for Fuller rose beetle - Spencer Walse, USDA-ARS

10:30 – Audience discussion about the difficulties in controlling FRB and ensuring FRB-free fruit exports - Moderated by Beth Grafton-Cardwell, UCCE
