J. Less Guthrie of Porterville, Calif., has been re-elected to the board of directors of the Western Farm Credit Bank.

Marvin W. Lohse of Glenn, Calif., is a newly elected director to the board. Lohse will take office immediately in order to complete the term of a seat vacated by a board member's resignation. Each will serve a three-year term ending Dec. 31, 2004.
