Ewart heads Citrus Quality Council

Hugh W. Ewart is the new president of the California Citrus Quality Council (CCQC), replacing Jean-Mari Peltier who accepted a position with the U.S, Environmental Protection Agency as counselor to the administrator on agriculture policy.

Ewart was formerly vice president for Scientific Affairs at the Northwest Horticultural Council.
