The Butte/Glenn Counties Almond Institute /Walnut Day will be held on Friday, Feb. 22 with presentations from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at a new location -- Chico Elks  Lodge, 1705 Manzanita Ave., Chico.
