Buhler buys New Holland tractors

Buhler Versatile Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Buhler Industries Inc., has received final approval from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Canadian government to conclude the purchase of the New Holland four-wheel drive Versatile tractor and the two-wheel drive Genesis tractor along with the Winnipeg production plant.
