The 35th California Alfalfa & Forage Symposium is scheduled for Dec. 12-14 at the Visalia Convention Center/Radisson Hotel, Visalia, Calif.

This symposium will be held in the heart of California's Central Valley dairy region: Tulare County, which has the largest concentrations of dairy cows in the nation. Fifty percent of California's alfalfa is produced in the San Joaquin Valley, and corn silage, winter cereals and other forages are very important in this region.

The program includes an optional Tulare County agricultural tour before the formal program begins. During the symposium, there also will be a trade show with more than 25 commercial exhibitors.
